Terms of Use for Audit Reports

Made-in-China.com is an E-business platform developed and operated by Focus Technology Co., Ltd. To view and download Made-in-China.com's Audit Reports, please first refer to the following Terms of Use agreement:

I. Acceptance:

1. As Users of Made-in-China.com, to view and download Audit Reports, you shall first understand and accept Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
   
2. Introduction to Audit Reports and any other information related to Audit Reports are effective parts of this agreement.
   
3. This agreement can and will be modified by Made-in-China.com when and where deemed necessary, with the new versions being published on Made-in-China.com. It is the User's own responsibility to make sure they are aware of the newest versions of this agreement. Users may cancel their Audit Reports service if they do not agree with new versions, but if Users continue to use the service, will be considered to have accepted the new agreements and will be bound by the terms and conditions as set forth in them.

II. The Scope of Service:

1. Audit Reports is an auditing service provided by Made-in-China.com, which corresponds to the Audited Suppliers Service. After being audited by an impartial and independent third party, Audited Suppliers are able to upload the whole or parts of their Audit Reports to Made-in-China.com.
2. With the consignation of Made-in-China.com, Audit Reports are completed and produced independently by SGS, the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. Each and every report is authenticated by a unique and exclusive SGS report number, which can be verified on the SGS website.
3. The audit is carried out and conducted according to the unified standards, and covers and evaluates the aspects of the supplier's authenticity, production and trade capacity, research and development ability, quality control systems, product certification, developments plans and licensing.

III. Payment Methods:

1. The Audit Reports service is fee-based. For payment details, please refer to Download Audit Reports.
2. After confirmation of the receipt of payment, Users have the right to view, download and verify Audit Reports, which may either be the whole or parts of the initial completed report.
3. Users can view and download all the available Audit Reports of one certain Audited Supplier for $20. The available report(s) of one certain Audited Supplier may be viewed as many times as you want for a period of 3 (three) months. Audited Suppliers can choose to display whole or parts of their Audit Reports, or even remove their Audit Reports from their Showroom. In such cases these Audit Reports will not able to be viewed or downloaded any more.
4. Made-in-China.com has the right to alter the fees and payment methods for Audit Reports unilaterally.
5. Audit Reports in Made-in-China.com can only be downloaded for viewing. Users are not permitted to make changes or modification to the reports, and are forbidden from using these reports for any other purpose to which they were intended without the written permission from Made-in-China.com.

IV. Rights and Responsibilities of Made-in-China.com:

1. The Audited Supplier service consists of an on-site audit conducted and carried out independently by SGS, who produce an Audit Report accordingly. Upon written request, Audited Suppliers have the right to cancel their display, or upload all or only parts of their reports. Therefore, Made-in-China.com shall not bear any responsibility for the untruth, inaccurateness, incomprehensiveness, and ineffectivity of Audit Reports. Please read SGS General Conditions of Services carefully before viewing and downloading the Reports. Made-in-China.com does not make any guarantee or undertaking for its members' trade behavior.
2. We shall take no responsibility for the interruption and malfunctions caused by force majeure (including, but not limited to natural disaster, social incidents, any network abnormity and even temporal shut-down resulting from hacker attack, technology update of Telecom, governmental control and any other factor affecting the attributes of the website), but we will endeavor to solve all the problems as soon as possible.

V. Rights and Responsibilities of Users:

1. Users can verify online the authenticity and integrality of the Audit Report which has been paid for.
2. Audited Suppliers have the right to cancel their display, or upload full or parts of their reports to their showroom on Made-in-China.com.

VI. Dispute Settlement:

1. For any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, Users and Made-in-China.com shall endeavor to resolve it. If settlement cannot be reached between two parties, the Courts in the principal place of Made-in-China.com have the jurisdiction to the dispute.
