Shen Disc Technology Limited offer you 18 years of production expertise for your video/audio recording and storage needs. Our services include manufacturing video/audio cassette housings, blank audio/video cassettes, CD and DVD boxes, CD bags and blank CD-R/DVD-R discs. We have in-house injection, assembly, recording, cutting, labeling and packing facilities.

In 2003, we imported 10 CD-R and two DVD-R production lines from Hamatech of Germany. Total quality management (TQM) systems are in place at our 50, 000-square-meter factory. Raw materials are sourced from South Korea, Italy and the Hong Kong SAR.

Automated facilities and skilled employees keep our services in demand. Using computerized EDM and CAD/CAM equipment, our 10-member R&D team can turn your designs into working samples in no time. Our buyers trust us, ordering more than US$25 million worth of products last year. Our monthly production is 15 million blank CD-Rs, 2 million DVD+/-Rs, 22 million CD/DVD cases and 10 million video/audio cassettes.
