Applicable for working conditions in contact with acid and alkali, such as sectors of phosphate fertilizer making, alumina industry and catalyst (4A zeolite). Mixture of rubber and plastics together with filling of superior inert materials of anti-acid and alkali are adopted for cover-rubber, which is even better than chloroprene rubber in terms of acid and alkali resistance. Framework materials use stabilized Dzcron sailcloth, which offers a more reliable resistance of acid and alkali compare with sailcloth core. Pure rubber is adopted for displacement hole, which has prevented the infiltration of acid or alkali liquor through fabrics, therefore causing delamination of filter-belt and furthermore the service-life of filter-belt will be shortened.
