This new practical type belongs to plastic reclying mechanism, especially refering to washing process of reclying package liquid bottle.
It separate lable, cap and inpurity before the washing process. Practise separating technoligy as follow: First crush the bottle then accroding to different density between water and plastic separating them by these processes such as friction and bleach. But these technoligy exist many disadvange promble: Exaust much water., long bleaching process, bad separating effect, especially the plastic which density are more than or equality to water such asPVC, PP are difficult to be separated. So it will come out serious effect on qualityof PET flake after washing, it can not realize the collective value...For the label and cap of verious PETbottles, our company sepical design thise machine---separating machine for cap and label and get the patent from our goverment. It can separated the label and cap above 95%before the compressured pet bottle or uncompresured PETbottle being crushed. Equipting with manual classify table, it can get to 98% above. So it can discrease the doan of the backward washing prosedures. Save more water source and electric power. Presently this is superior ecnomic and advanced equipment for removing cap and label
