Hqmh soya liquid lecithin is a complex mixture of phosphatidylcholine(pc), phosphatidylethanolamine(pe) and phosphatidylinositol(pi). The product is soluble or dispersible in oil, partly soluble in alcohol. The content of phospholipids is more than 62%.

Storage
