The primary material is a late-model plastic that made the main part of the product. Adult type comprises stem-loop, locking ring, a plastic screw and elastic string. Children type is composed of the elastic string and child-stem-loop (with the handle) component. Both the bolt and elastic string meet standards. The product enjoys smooth surface and without sharp edges and burr. No skin irritations and no allergic reactions, asepsis. Application to phimosis, overlong foreskin(paraphimosis).
