(1) CA-40-Fused high iron aluminate cement is made of high iron bauxite and limestone of high quality through smelting in electric furnace, cooling and then grinding. It possesses the properties of early strength, free from free calcium oxide, weatherproof and chemical erosion-proof. It is commonly used in chemical construction together with portland cement.

(2) CA-50 (G6, G7) Aluminate cement is produced by preparing raw meal consisting of applicable bauxite and limestone, calcining the raw meal in rotary kiln and grinding the clinker, which contains Al2O3 50-59%. It was called bauxite cement for a time and also called "refractory cement" based on its main usage. The name "aluminate cement" is specified by the national standard now.

(3) CA-50-G9 is a type of high strength aluminate cement. Its production requires raw materials of high quality which must be well selected in order to reduce the impurities. After calcined in rotary kilns with perfect control of the temperature, the strength of CA-50-G9 is nearly doubled of that of CA-50-G5, that is, the compressive strength (3 day) of CA-50-G9 reaches to 85-95 MPa or even higher. Other physical characters are also improved. The quality is as good as that of overseas products or even better while the price is much lower.

(4) Aluminate cement CA-50 Fused, is produced by melting selected high quality bauxite and fine limestone in electric furnace, cooling, and then being ground in ball mill. Ca-50 Fused has the characteristic of high and early strength and high flowability so that it is suitable to formulate refractory castable of high performance and be used in chemical structure.

(5) CA-50-N is super early strength aluminate cement, which is developed by our company in 1992 as a new cement in our state. It is produced by well selected bauxite and superior limestone through strict components control, perfect temperature control in rotary kilns and fine milling. Its high strength can be obtained within 6 hours. Its capability and quality is similar to Lafarge's products. It is a new type of aluminate cement, which is specially suitable for refractory purpose and can completely replace imported products.
