13) Production facilities: Conductor machine is imported from Italy, the frame stranded machine is imported from ceeco co, Canada, the rolling stranded machine is imported from sket co, Germany, the insulation layer is produced by 500kv vcv line imported from Nokia, Finland. The height of vcv line is 96m above the ground and 12m underground. The whole production line is controlled by computer;
14) Test equipments: The 500kv and below high voltage is put into use in may, 1998. The 750kv high voltage electrical test and partial discharge test system is imported from haefely company, Switzerland. The area of the testing screen hall is 1080m2, the height is 23.5m, the length is 40m and the width is 27m. The hall is screened from every sides. And there is cooling and hot wind device and excluding wind device in order to insure the temperature and humidity of the room. The electrical test of 500kv and below can be done here.
