1. 35 meter long electricity channel kiln
It can contain 35kiln cars. Each car can load 400 pieces wheels. One baking cycle is 50 minutes.
2. 5. 5 cubic meter hot wind cycle kiln
Can contain 8640 pieces of 100mm, 2160 pieces of 180mm, 1200 pieces of 400mm.
PRESS FOR RESIN REINFORCED CUTTING AND DEPRESSED CENTER WHEEL
1. 8 working places cycle type automatic press
For making 300-400mm cutting wheel. The time for making one piece is 18-20 seconds.
2. 24-working places push type automatic press
For making 150-230mm x 2-4mm thickness wheel and one inner reinforced net or two outer reinforced nets. The time for making one piece is 9-12 seconds.
3. 32-working places push type automatic press
For making 100-125mm x 1. 8-6mm thickness wheel. The time for making one piece is 7-9 seconds.
4. 42-working places push type automatic press
For making 100-125mm x 1. 8-4mm thickness wheel. The time for making two pieces is 7-9 seconds.
5. 50-working places push type automatic press
For making 100-125mm various wheels. The time for making two pieces is 7-9 seconds.
The above presses are fixed dimension feed and mould. They are equipped with PLC to control the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems automatically working.
