GCL (YD-002)

Product Description

Our GCL workshop was established in 2002, and we have been worked on this product for around 5 years.

Our GCL was made of one lay of polyester needle punch nonwoven 200gsm, and one lay of 110gsm PP woven fabric, and then the natural sodium bentonite powder will be sandwiched in the middle.

Max. Width: 5.0mts;
The weight of bentonite is around 4500gsn.
The swell index of bentonite is more than 26.
The permeability of our GCL is around 5.0X10-11m/sec as CETCO.

Our GCL can be cut in any small size as customer require. We will take some protective action to prevent bentonite fall out from cutting edge.

The nonwoven or woven fabric in GCL can be adjusted as customer require to improve or get cost down.
