Product Description
A. Chemical components: sorbitan monostearate
B. Use: Emulsifier for cake, coffee and chocolate, candy coating, correctives for bread. Also used in the cosmetics and medicine industries.
C. Property: This product is light milk white to light yellow powder, or flaky, solid grain. Freezing point: 50ºC-52ºC, soluble in ethanol, mineral oil and ethyl acetate above 50oc, insoluble in cold water. High temperature resistance, acid resistance. HLB value: 4.7
D. Application: Used in the industries of medicine, pesticide, coating and plastic etc.
