Henan Billions Chemicals Co., Ltd., is a comprehensive inorganic chemical company with integrative researching, developing, designing, producing and marketing. The company was founded in 1955 as a sulphur mine, renamed to be Jiaozuo General Chemical Plant in 1975, and then became Henan Billions Chemicals Co., Ltd. After reorganization in 2002. The company started to produce Sulphuric Acid and Aluminium Sulphate in 1960's, and Zirconium Oxychloride in 1969. Also the company has been producing Titanium Dioxide since 1989, and started Rutile production in 2004, now the production scale ranks in Top 3 among all the Chinese TiO2 manufacturers. As one of the Top 500 chemical companies in China, the company covers an area of 1.0 square kilometer and has 2000 employees.
