Participation Prices:
1. Exhibition room of international standard - 9 square meters(3mx3m)
For overseas enterprise: 1500euros/9m2

2. exhibition yard (minimum 36 square meter, no facilities will be provided except the yard ordered): For overseas enterprise: 160 euros/m2

Participation Procedure
1.  All enterprises involved in the scope of exhibits can apply for participation. Please fill in the Application Form and then submit it by fax or mail to the Organizing Committee after stamping your company's official seal on the Application Form.
2.  Make the participation fees payable in full or 50% as deposit by telegraphic transfer or in person to the Organizing Committee within 7 days after application. The balance of payment shall be settled before Sep. 10, 2008.
3.  The allocation of booths is on a basis of "first-come-first-served" in terms of application and payment. 10% surcharge shall be collected for reserving a booth with 2 facades.
4.  After remitting all the fees, exhibitors shall fax the note of bank transfer to the Organizing Committee.
5.  After receiving all the fees, the Organizing Committee will send a copy of Exhibitor's Manual by mail to the exhibitor.
