Attract the most ideal customers and invite architectural planning design institute, engineering division of real estate company, upholsterer, construction monitor company, governmental procurement department, trade company and agency for construction materials to attend the Exhibition;
Build the International Forum for 2008 Expo and Construction Materials to create the bridge between the Expo and companies for construction materials;
To build the exhibition federation for companies to participate in the Exhibition.
Print 500,000 copies of visiting coupons and the letters of invitation to distribute to the people of the trade through sponsors, via internet and through related media;

The facilities and equipment available for standard booth: A 3-sided boarding 2.5 m high, carpet-covered ground, 2 100W spot lights, 2 folding chairs, 1 desk for inquiry, and the power socket with 220V/10A as well as the names in Chinese and English at the brow board.
Standard booth3mx3m 9m2 (20% of additional costs is needed for the booth with 2 openings);
Bare ground (the minimum area to rent shall be at 36 m2). The costs on the carpet on the bare ground, water, electricity, gas and special decoration and maintenance are subject to the settlement otherwise.

For exhibition fee, RMB600 per person/exhibition period (including free water, lunch and gift).

Receive consultancy and proposals from exhibitors and assist companies to select booth;
Provide free publicity for exhibitors through internet to schedule and invite related personnel to visit the Exhibition;
Provide exhibitor manual to respond in details to the issues concerning the Exhibition;
The exhibition journal carries corporate profile and key articles for exhibition without charging;
Provide invitation card, ticket for the exhibition, provide seminar and materials for the Exhibition;
Assist the exhibitors in handling special design, layout for exhibition booth as well as the rental of additional furniture, electric appliance; the issues about the engagement of personnel such as temporary labors, interrupters and ritual girl;
Assist the exhibitors in handling issues as the freight, accommodation, visa and the advertising.
