Hunan embroidery is one of the four most famous embroideries in China, world famous for its exquisite handicraft, unique features and long history. Mainly embroidering pattern on the pure silk which as thin as a wafer to use silk threads by hand totally. It is intangible cultural heritage of China, and won the laudatory title of "National Card".

This embroidery is double-sided and with different images, it can be viewed from all around. The invisible acupuncture made double-side different images could be showing on same one material. The idea of this work is from poem "Yujieyuan" of Li Po who was a famous poet in ancient China. From one side of the embroidery, we can see silhouette of the beauty who is looking up at the moon through gauzy silk, from another side, we can also recognize her appearance and mood.

The images of the double sides are indicating she is waiting for somebody fretfully. Thread is in semitransparent and finer than the hair, adding kinds of technical acupuncture be used, made the body and filmy skirt well-arranged, even that we can see the great figure and fair skin of the beauty through the embroidered gauze.
