Company Introduction:
Jiangsu Forged Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd., former joint-venture called Yancheng Forged Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd., is an upgraded enterprise with expansion and increase in its capital. The factory mainly produces and runs forged pressure pipe fittings which are made of dual-phase steel, stainless steel, alloy steel or carbon steel. Main products pipe fitting series include elbow, tee, cross, outer nipple, inner nipple, union, hex head bushing, cap, outlet, plug, etc. Flange series include welding neck flange, slip-on (weld) flange, socket weld flange, lap joint flange, blind flange, reducing flange, etc. All of them above are produced according to American standard ASME/ANSI, German standard DIN, Japanese standard JIS, Chinese standard GB/T and SH, etc. Products beyond these standards can be produced according to the technical materials clients provide.
The factory with beautiful scenery and comfortable environment is located in the Hi-tech Industry Park, south of Jianhu city. The National Road 204 joins to the eastland, approximately one kilometer away from the exit of Jinghu and Yanxu High Speed Way and 0.5 kilometer away from the west of Jianbao Road ( the crossroad between Western Circle Road and Cuidun Road) to the southland, Provincial Highway 203 straightly leads to Premier Zhou Enlai′s Former Residence to the westland, and Xinchang Railway passes over the northland, the transportation is very convenient.
The factory covers an area of 53368 square meters. Currently there are nearly 200 employees, including 30 college graduates and 15 assistant engineers and engineers. It has 100 sets/suits of press forging equipments and high-speed numerical control machining equipments and others, including 2000t and 500t hot-forging machines, presses and intermediate-frequency induction heated furnaces to be in the lead in the same field. The annual total output could reach 230 million RMB.
The factory has set up the quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2000, it has passed the certification of China Quality Marking Certification Group and attained ISO9001: 2008 certificate. It has been awarded with "Level-A Manufacturing License of Special Equipment of People′s Republic of China".
Now our products sell well to oil fields and chemical industry in Shanghai, Zhejiang province, Xinjiang, Sichuan province, East-North and other areas. They are widely used in fields of petroleum, chemical, electric power, machinery, fire control, nuclear power, metallurgy, shipping and so on. 80 percent of output is sold to overseas, obtaining good evaluation both at home and abroad.
