Product Description

Main Function:
1. Single route forming of the core. Crusher can crush treated and untreated fluff pulp. Fluff pulp feeding is controlled by servo motor. Or this part material can be replaced by air laid paper.
2. SAP feeding device, SAP is added mixed with fluff pulp and controlled by servo motor. If air laid paper replaces fluff pulp, then SAP feeding device can be cancelled.
3. Tissue paper two sides folding. If air laid paper replaces fluff pulp, then tissue paper is unnecessary to use.
4. Calendaring device.
5. Shape fixing of the tissue paper two sides folding. If air laid paper replaces fluff pulp, then tissue paper is unnecessary to use.
6. Net shape pressing device. Cylinder pressing.
7. Fluff core or air laid paper position adjusting device
8. Fluff core or air laid paper cutting device. Cylinder pressing.
9. Bottom film and top sheet feeding, Glue adding and fixing shape by pressing.

10. Silicon rubber roll device to press the glue on the pad's two sides.
11. Pad vertical folding.
12. Final cutting. Cylinder pressing.
13. Wastes rejection device.
14. Pad crosswise folding.
15. Auto-counting and arrange coming out.
16. Raw material driving wheel, limitless speed adjusting.
17. Adopting carrier before pressing device.
