The Digital Garment Flatbed Printer which can print the white ink, the printing quality is vivid and fresh color and good fastion.
Main parts and function:
Ink system: Continuous ink system with 8 ink cartridges, with our power software, you can make it with 8 color ( CMMY and LC, LM, LY, LK) or 4 colors (CMYK)with white ink, cartridges or double ink colors (CYMY), if you use 4 colors ink and white ink, you can print the dark t shirt.

Printing head: The fifth generation of Japanese solvent- proof printing head is used, which is compatible with water based pigment ink and dye ink, light solvent pigment and dye ink, and strong solvent pigment ink.
Controlling panel: English version panel, auto cleaning, auto registration, and accurate controlling on the rising, and lowing panel, one press back to original, use friendly,

Interface: Being connected with computer with USB, or 1394 interface or interface card.

Drive: Self-developed IRP: IPrint, adaptable with both Chinese and English operation system, With this software, we can print the white ink and do color calibration. It is user -friendly, efficient and produces of high quality products.

Usage: With different ink, we can print on cotton, synthetic, silk, leather, metal, wooden, plastic, rosin and food, either on flat surface or curved surface without coating.
With the software, TRD420 can print dark cloth and imitate with screen printing effect, so it can be used for small order printing and proof printing, the speedy production capacity and stable operation (24 hours per day) enable for industrial production, so digital printing is one of printing techniques with the most potentiality.

1. We have white ink. Print first on the dark material the white ink, and then the image you want.
2. Long-distance color calibration. With our unique software and unique idea, we can do color calibration at home when u need it. You need only fax the printed image by the our ink jet and the other printing effect you want(by any other machine), and send us by email, we can send u back the calibrated version immediately. No trouble for ICC, no headache of the cost or the shortage of skilled employees.
3. Copy the work multiply. In the case you need the same image, several copys. Now no need to be sticked with computer with each single work with our machine. You work on the computer and click out how many copys you want and then turn to the printer, put on the cloth and take off the printed image. That's all.
4. If unfortunately you meet head clog with one of colors, no need for you to change all the others which will cost more. Now with our software, you can exchange any color here. You know we use 4800 and there are 8 ink cartridges. With our software, you can make it double CMYK, or CMYK with 4 white ink, or CMYK with LC, LM, Ly, Lk, or 2K, CMY, and 3 white. Any arrangement you like.

1. Printing on white cloth
A. Preparing work: Turn on the machine and put a neat cloth on the printing pallet
B. Run the program for printing, import the image you want to print, and set the size of printing.
C. Click Printing and wait.
D. Take the cloth down from the pallet and put it for curing(by heating press or tunnel curing)

Printing on dark Tshirt
A. Preparing work: Spray Pre-treatment on the T-shirt to be printed, dry it with heat press transfer, and put the cloth on the printing pallet
B. Run Iprint, the program for printing, import the image you want to print, and set the size of printing.
C. Click the sign for getting the preview of the white-ink-printed-image
D. Click Print out the image in white ink
F. Print the CMYK ink as done on white cloth
G. Take the tshirt down from the pallet and put it for curing(by heating press or tunnel curing)
