The company is a joint venture established with joint investment of 180 million RMB by henan ancai group and zhengzhou dongfang enterprise group. It is a high-tech enterprise that mainly specialize in the researching, developing and manufacturing of fused cast refractory. It covers an area of 21, 000 square meters. It designed 5 production lines with an expectant output of 15, 000 tons and three of them now have been put into production, of which one is 5 ton arc furnace and the others are 3-ton arc furnaces. The company has microcomputer automatization management system and the whole-hydraulic-control hard casting tool system. It also has advanced digital-control machine tools, annealing equipments, assembly platform of 800 square meters and long-term engagement of foreign experts as technical instructors.
