Xi′an Saite Metal Materials Development Co., Ltd (XSM) established on 2000,located in Xi′an economic and technological zone,which is a holding company of NIN(Northwest Institute For Non-Ferrous Metal Research) with total capital stock RMB94 million,40% of capital is state-owned shares.XSM made up of 185 staff,owns total assets 8.3 million,and sales revenue reached 91.56 million in 2011.Also since it estiblished in 2000,the total assets have increased more than 90 times than before and the average yield is RMB 0.34 per share,which is a fast-developing technology enterprise.
XSM is specialized in medical tatinium bar,sheet and nickel& titanium shape memory alloy,with more than 170 sets of equipments for smelting, forging, rolling, heat treating, and straightening etc. ,its comprehensive level of technology and equipment ranks in the top in domestic market. In addition, the production volumes have reached 500 tons per year,also with ISO9001-2008 and UKAS approval.
