DB 28 gear transmission paper cup forming machine is developed on the basis of DTMBJ-L12 chain transmission paper cup forming machine. If DTMBJ-L 12 has been operated for a long time, the chain will be elongated and middle triple turning plate will be out of line, which damage components easily. Such as sealing the paper uniformity, inertia of impulsive force damaged divided box etc. The distinctive feature of DB28 overcomes chain transmission problems as follows: 1)Middle triple turning plate is in line and insure high speed steady and long time's movement; 2)It adopts high-quality stainless steel and makes the machine perfect; 3)The shell is disposed by finish machining makes all components standardization, interchangeability; 4)It adopts PLC control, man-machine interface and touch panel operation; 5)It has more stable performance and long service life.
