1) What is the speed of Epson print head?
Each Epson DX7 head can print appro.16sq.m per hour by 4 pass.
2)What kind of ink should we use?
Sublimation ink:polyester or polyester based blended fabric.
3) How much does the ink cost per square meter?
The ink consumption is 10ml-12ml/sq.m
4) What's the lifespan of the Print head ?
Each Epson DX7 print head can print at least 50,000sq.m if you operate properly.
5) What's the reason if auto ink filling or print head auto-cleaning can't work?
A. Print head cap is broken
B. Print head cap is blocking
C. Print head cap is air leakage
6) What's the reason if the print head is blocking after machine is set aside some time?
A. Print head cap is broken
B. Print head cap is in dislocation
7) What's the reason if the print head is blocking when printing?

Working environment and the surroundings of printer must reach the requirement. (Temperature: 15-35ºC, Humidity 40-60%) The surroundings should not have strong magnetic field or equipment that may cause a lot of dust.
