Metal dome, made of stainless steel, is a part used in important switches, which can give an accurate tactual signal to electronic devices when it is pressed, of many electronic products such as electronic dictionaries, wireless sets, and various electronic devices including machinery, game sets and electronic educational materials, etc.
The F Series metal dome is designed specifically for mounting on P. C boards & membranes where traces can be fed under the domes. They are placed on a P. C board by adhesive tape. When they are pushed, the center of the dome collapse, thus make contact.
Our Cross Series metal domes (snap domes) are divided into two types according to the dimple. No Dimple, Center Dimple.
