Zirconium Silicate Beads

Principal characteristic:
1) Good roundness, smooth surface, brightness and no air hole.
2) Preferable toughness, good impact, no peeling, no pollution.
3) Good stability, acid resistance and alkali proof.
4) Wear and tear on equipments very small.

Mohs hardness: 7.2
Size: Φ 0.6-20mm.

Application:
Paint&Coating
Ultra-fine grinding for Cosmetic&Magnetic band
Superfine grinding mineral(GCC, Kaolin and so on)

Machine:
Sand mill, Attition Mill. Other quick speed grinding machine. Zirconium silicate beads formed by sintering. There are no pore inside High crush strength which it couldn't be broken used for long time in the quick speed mill. It widely instead of the fused zirconium silicate with pore and broken easily.
