Product Description

The Solid State Disk is a single chip, interface include Serial ATA (7+15pins) port The Afaya JM series Solid State Disk can provide the best performance.
It is provide higher bandwidth for flash memory access. It also provides the embedded hardware error correction code (ECC), wear leveling, and bad block management technology in the chip. It uses MLC NAND Flash, and capacity can up to 32GB and 512GB. The 2.5inch SSD gives a good solution in a notebook and portable device for a storage device with a high performance, high reliability, low power consumption and a small form factor.
