2. Physical and chemical properties
Pure product is colourless to pale yellow crystalline powder; M. P. 150-155, v. P. <0.0002 mPa (25). Solubility: (21, all in g/L)In toluene 350; Acetone 100; Ethanol 20; Stable to hydrolysis in aqueous solutions at Ph 5, 7 and 9 (25). Sensitive to stronger acid and base.
3. Toxicology:
Acute oral LD50 for rats 10 mg/kg, , Acute percutaneous LD50 for rats and rabbits > 2000mg/kg.
4. Application
Insecticide and acaricide with contract and stomach action. Control of motile stages of mites, leaf miners, suckers, colorado beetles, etc. On ornamentals, cotton, citrus fruit, nut crops, vegetables, and other crops.
