MOLECULAR FORMULA: TiO2

PROPERTIES: It is a nontoxic white powder with stable chemical properties. Its particle is fine and even with a narrow distribution. Under common conditions, it doesn`t react with most of chemical reagents. It is insoluble in water, fatty acid and week inorganic acid. But can be dissolved in hot nitric acid, sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid. Basic can dissolve it slightly. It is stable to such gases in the air as oxygen, hydrogen sulfide and ammonia.

APPLICATIONS: It is the best white emulsifying agent in enamel industry. Also can be used widely in the production of enamel, ceramic products, electronic components, electric welding etc. Such as glass frit, Enamel frit, porcelain enamel, glass case for color CRT and ceramic color.

PACKING: Compound paper bags of 25kgs net each, 40bags on a pallet. Or jumbo bags of 500kgs/ 1000kgss net each, 1/2bags on a pallet.

Whiteness: 87% min.
Fineness (320 mesh sieve residue): 0.5% max.

Fe2O3: 0.035% max.
S content: 0.05% max.
Whiteness: 88% min.
Fineness (320 mesh sieve residue): 0.4% max.
Rutile tio2 content: 3.0% max.

3, SPECIFICATIONS (for low Nb content grade):
Appearance: White powder
TiO2: 98.5%min
Fe2O3: 0.045% max.
S content: 0.05% max.
Whiteness: 87% min.
Fineness (320 mesh sieve residue): 0.5% max.
Nb2O5: 0.05%max.
