Product Description

Product Feature:
Single point type: One host machine and one output unit
Double poiv type: Two host machinery and two output units
Distance setting of detection operation: (a)position 0.8mm to 1.2mm. After pressing the set switch, you will see 199 to 0, and then move the iron block of the detector head to adjust the operation distance from 80 to 120(i. E. 0.8mm to 1.2mm). After the setting is completed, press the set switch to reset.

Setting of monitor's value, the precision setting range is1m+/1~99+/-m, and themonitored value will beset upon request.

When the punch tool starts, the first four displayed mumbers of this detectionare the average value of the fool height(this value will only bere-calculated when the press power is turned off or the sensing line is away from the the sensor andre-put into the sensor).

Op: Appear when the sensing line and sensing head is broken or the sensing ispulled out.
HL: The too high abnormal red lamp and high yellow lamp will be on(distance exceeds more than 1.2mm).
LO: The too low abnormal red lamp and low yellow lamp will be on (distance exceeds more than0.8mm).
ES: Appear when there is such abnormal situation as error sending detection, material used up detection and material squeezing detection.

When the work difference value display exceeds the set value, the abnormal lamp will be on.

The machine has self-detection function. The specification set value of this machine is in lum unit, which is optional upon the need of tool accuracy.

Such detection can be addedd with error sending detection, material used up detection(electronic eye detection)and material squeezing detection (sensor rod detection).
