Product Description

Lay flat ventilation ducts are widely in the mines, tunnels, basement, underground constructions, shipbuilding for air ventilation.
They are fire-resistant, anti-static, low air resistant, low air leakage and durable.
What is more, they are flexible, lightweight, easy to transport and require less manpower for installation.
We manufacture ventilation ducts ranging between 200 mm and 1600 mm in diameter. At individual customer's request we are ready to manufacture any duct length, depending on the needs.

Features:
1) high tenacity ployester fiber substrate with two side coated calendered PVC film, steel ring or steel spring as the frame.
2) long-time and stable anti-static. In the usual use environment, the capability of anti-static does not change as temperature and humidity varies and time goes by
3) flame retardant
4) superior broken tensile strength and tear strength.
5) extremely low air leakage rate in a hundred meter
6) extremely low drag coefficient in a hundred meter
7)endure the temperature variation
8) higher fold-resistant
