At Dong Xiao Biotechnology, high maltose syrup is made from corn starch through double enzyme technique. Maltose syrup is colorless and transparent thick liquid with moderate sweet taste and fragrance of malt. It has been used in candy, drinks and beer brewage. High maltose syrup inside human body is able be metabolized without insulin, so it elevate the level of blood sugar in a considerable slow pace, which is unharmful to the diabetes and obese group.
