Material of HSS circular saw:
General material:
HSS-dm05= m2 = DIN 1.3343.
It is molybdenum series, so it has excellent tenacity.
HSS-dm05co= m35 = DIN 1.3243
It contains 5% cobalt. It has excellent wear-resistance.

W9 and w5
Surface treatment:
Our HSS saw blades can be supplied in among other things bright, steam-treated, tin (titanium)-coated an multicolor coated
Bright= original colour
The saw blade is used as ground face. It is appropriate for cutting pipe, bar, heat sink, sash of copper and aluminium etc
Steam treatment= azoted coated
The saw blade treated with steam, it is appropriate for cutting metal and non-ferrous metal
Tin coated
The saw blade treated with titanium. It is efficient to prolong tool life and reduce cutting time in certain extent
Multicolor coated
Similar as tin coated.
