Model YP4880B Wed Offset Commercial Printing Machine is equipped following the international standard for commercial presses. It consists of a zero-speed splicer, a constant-tension infeed, four horizontal B-B printing units, a gas dryer, a chill stand, a silicon applicator, and a four cylinder folder. The completely imported PLC network communication system under the control of computer is adopted for the electrical system. All the critical parts are imported and at the most advanced international level, This machine has reached the perfect unification in terms of design, construction, and manufacturingm, and it can definitely meet the requirements for commercial prints, so that it is suitable for printing advertisement material, posters, colorful pictorials, magazines, children's books and so on.

Construction features
Electrical system:
The imported PLC network communlication system under the control of computer is adopted, which provides: Monitor and control of the operational status, display of the location of malfunction, setting of operation parameters, and the printing of daily work report. In addition, all the functions mentioned above are central controlled.

Feeder:
The zero-speed splicer and the constant-tension infeed are the products of Butler Automate Inc. Of the United States, which together with the automatic wed guiding system of the QUAD/TECH of the United States, ensures continuous stable web feeding during high speed operation.

Printing units:
Printing cylinders are made of steel and have been treated for rust preventive. Special alloy steel is used for bearers. The precision bearings used on the machine are specialized for printing machinery made by SKF. All the cylinders have been dynamic-balanced thus ensuring the stable running at high speed.
CPC ink remote control is adopted for the inking system. The ink fountains have ben improved for bigger capacity.
Baldwin alcohol dampening system is adopted, which ensures the constant dampener supply.
Lateral and circumferential adjusting mechanisms for the printing plate made by QUAD/TECH are adopted, and what also adopted is the mechanism for cocking.

The bearer-to-bearer method is used for printing, which together with precise gears having been improved through materials and process, ensures extreme stable machine running.
The safety guarding mechanism is adopted making the machine conform to GS safety standard.
All the air-cylinders and solenoid valves are imported from Japan, thus ensuring the correctness and sensitivity of the parts.
A gas dryer made by MEGTEC of the United States is adopted ensuring good drying result.
The chill stand also nmade by MEGTEC ensures web tension constant after being dried.

Folder
The folding former is adjusted with motor.
The nipping rollers are pneumaticaly thrown on-off.
The folder may perform the cross and length perforations and scoring. It is even possible th adjust on the run the lap of the signatures for half fold, quarter fold and double parallel-fold.
