Bottle Volume: 0.05-2.5L(2 cavity), 3-6L(1 cavity),
Theoretical output: 6L: 450 pcs/hr, 2L: 1200 pcs/hr, 0.5L: 1500 pcs/hr, 0.1L: 2000 pcs/hr.
Preform length: 50-220mm, Max length 350 mm.
4-CAVITY:
Bottle Volume: 0.05-2.5L(4 cavity), 3-6L(2 cavity),
Theoretical output: 6L: 750 pcs/hr, 2L: 1900 pcs/hr, 0.5L: 2500 pcs/hr, 0.1L: 3000.
Preform length: 50-220mm, Max length 350 mm.

ASB-3000 stretch-blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET/PC/PP and PE, plastic bottles in different shapes. It is widely used to produce bottles for carbonated drinks, mineral water, pesticides, oils, cosmetics, jar, and juices.

Feeding system carries the preforms by loader automatically. Infrared oven heater adopts the quartz lamp to heat the PET preforms. Fully automatic process with low investment, high efficiency, quick and safe operation, easy for trouble-shooting, maintenance.
