AFL-12000/15000 3 in 1 Beverage Filling Machine
The machine is used for filling beverages (both carbonated and non -carbonated) with polyester and plastic bottles. It combines the three functions (bottle washing, filling and capping) in one unit. The whole process is automatic. The machine also can be used in hot filling with an optional temperature controlling device.
Advanced OMRON PLC is adopted.
A transducer is used to control the bottle-entering.
Adopt photo-electricity tracing.
The filling can be changed to vacuum filling which can use glass bottles for alcohol, soy, etc.
Can use both aluminum caps and plastic caps.
We can supply you the full line with water treatment equipments, labeling machine, code printing and shrink wrapping machine.
