Product Description

This machine is the most advanced domestic CNC machine tool that is used for grinding cam contours. It is applicable for automobile, motorcycle and internal combustion engines etc. It is used to manufacture the circular or non-circular parts, such as various types of camshafts, standard master cams and eccentric shafts etc.

This machine tool is automatically controlled with fully integrated mechanics, electrics and instrumentation. It has an automatically plunging circle function, also work table longitudinal motion, wheelhead transverse feed (rapid approach and withdraw, manual feed), workpiece dividing, wheel dressing with automatic compensation, compensation for wheel wear etc. It is capable of grinding various cam contours and different models of camshafts by simply changing the computer program.

1. Adopted the SIEMENS 840D numerical control system.
2. Adopted high rigid, electric spindle with maximum strength, supported by static-dynamic pressure hybrid bearings.
3. Headstock and guideways are separated for easy maintenance and replacement.
4. Diamond roller driven by servomotor is used to dress grinding wheel.
5. An imported (from US or Italy) on-line dynamic wheel-balancing device is provided.
