1) MDF or HDF wood boards for door leaf and door frame, and the surface is coated by PVC film.  
2) Wooden(timber) for door body.    
3) Frame with architrave can adjust.  
4) Dimensions: 2030 X 860 X 40 mm or customized
5) Accessories: Locks, hinges, screws, rubber seal, installation bolt.
6) Diverse natural wood veneers are available. Such as Walnut / Teak / Oak / Cherry / Sapelli / Ash and so on.
7) Using double-lock-system or V model can make you easy to install.
8) According to the local moisture degree, we dry all the wood to degrease.      
9) Moth proofing, moisture proofing, heat resistance, break resistance firmness and do not deform.
10) Packing: Foam board and foam plastic bag and strong chipboard (special package requirement acceptable to us)
11) Container: 180sets/20Ft, 380sets/40Ft, 450sets/40HQ(differs upon your virtual choice).
12) OEM&ODM is available.
