Product Description
DOT tape, also known as Gluedots, gum and capsules, is the latest launched to market to replace the previous sponge glue, hot melt tape, acrylic plastic tape, etc.
Gluedots' standard specifications:
A) A Type: 17mm * 0.8mm 2000 PCS / roll
2) B type: 13mm * 0.8mm 2000 PCS / roll
3) C-type: 10mm * 0.8mm 3000 PCS / roll
How to choose the appropriate size:
1) Dimensions: According to the object's dimension to adjust the gluedots size;
2) Thickness: According to the object weight and contact surface or the thickness and hardness to adjust the size of gluedots;
3) Viscosity: 1, according to the smoothness degree of the object surface; 2, according to the demand on glue residue when separate
The gluedots and release carrier from the objects.
Usage: (Notice: Do not remove the glue with your fingers drip)
1, This product can not contact with oil and dust, they will affect product's viscosity and adhesion power; (bonding surfaces should be clean, dry and clean)
2, Try to avoid touching finger with gluedots, put the gluedots point to the objects surface and push slightly, then the glue DOT can be attached to the object surface.
