* We design and manufacture our own tooling for extrusion and fabrication.

* We make our own alloys in house. Our regular alloys are: 6061, 6063, 6005, 6060, 6082, 5083, 5056; 7005, 7020, etc.

* We currently have five extrusion presses, 550-ton, 880-ton, 1250-ton, 1800-ton and 2500-Ton respectively. The total capacity of these 5 presses reaches 11, 000 tons/year. And we will buy a new extruder in 2008. By end of 2010, we plan to have a total of 8 extruders.

* We have extensive machining capabilities from cutting, shearring, deburring, punching, drilling, chamfering, bending, polishing, brushing, sandblasting, welding to numerical control lathing, milling and sophisticated CNC precision machining.

* We have finishing such as powder coating, conventional anodizing with or without color, and hard anodizing. We also make our own silkscreen printing. We can also provide liquid painting, PVDF and electrophoresis coating.
