Product Description
We are a professional full service manufacturer of aluminium extrusions. Our capabilities include smelting&alloying, die design&manufacturing, extrusion, fabrication&precision machining, finishing and assembling. We also do metal stamping and forming. We produce differenct alloys in house to suit your specific applications. Our regular alloys are: 6061, 6063, 6005, 6060, 6082, 5056, 5083, 7005, etc.
We design and manufacture different sizes of dies for different sizes of extruders. Our extruders range from 550T to 3500T, taking care of your different needs.
We have extensive machining cappabilities from cutting, shearing, deburring, punching, drilling, chamfering, bending, polishing, brushing, sandblasting, welding to numerical control lathing, miling and sophisicated CNC precision machining.
We have faclities for powder coating, clear and colour conventional anodizing, hard anodizing and silkscreen printing to complete your part. We also provide painting, PVDF and electrophoresis. We provide assembling(riveting, Pem insertion, etc) as part of our value-added services.
