Ticket is our workload management product that allows you to easily keep track of the outstanding work you need to do.

You can allow your clients access to the software, so that they can update their own requests. This reduces calls to your call centre, increases your profitability, and improves customer relations.

The software is fully configurable, with ticket statuses, responsible groups/persons, and customer languages.

As with all our truelingual software, you can log on from anywhere, produce reports in any language, and even export them for mailing. Your customers can also specify their language, so they need not fear a call from abroad that they cannot understand.
