PET Sheet Extrusion Machine

Features:
1) Used especially with environmentally friendly PET sheets
2) Sheet thinkness: 0.15 - 1.5mm
3) Sheet width: 500 - 1, 000mm
4) Capacity: 200 - 400kg/h
5) Has three nationally patented parts in its three-roller calendar system
6) Can also be used with PE, HIPS, PP, ABS, PC, and PMMA
7) Especially suitable for heat molding PP, PS, PE, ABS and EVA, in particular for PET Sheets with widths from 0.15mm to 1mm

This production line is specially designed for the APET, PET-G single layer or multi-layer plate; Also it can be used to make PS, PP, PE plate. The effective width of the product is 500-1500mm, the thickness is 0.05-1.5mm. The output capacity is 350-600kg/h.
PET sheet (APET, PETG, CPET) is flexible in processing, transparent, non-toxic, environmental friendly and easily to be recycled. It is widely used in the food packing field.
We have operation engineer and designing engineer PET experts. We have experience of many lines and more years for Pet sheet line making.
Our machine can produce PET sheet use 100% recycle crushed PET material.
