The APTS-BM is a self-lubricating bi-metal sliding material which is the optimum material for p>25 N/mm2 and has its best performance at slow speeds and intermitting service. APTS-BM takes high-grade steel plate as base; Uses the power metallurgy technology, sinters a layer of bronze alloy on the surface of steel; Through specially rolling technological process, make the two metals combine firm. That material is synthesized the machinery function of the steel plate and character of rub reduce & resistance of bronze. APTS-BM is a perfect material to substitute copper alloy bearing. This material may be processed kinds of shape oil store hole or groove on the surface copper alloy following the work condition, to content the different requirement of user.

Thanks to its good function and structure character, APTS-BM can be made into axle sleeve, turn-up axle sleeve and washer etc.
