1. Overall arrangement of production line should be smooth. All steps and process should be considered.

2. Highly automatic. Whole system is controlled by remote computer. Everything should be done by machine itself unless some job that must by done manually (for example: Quality inspection)

3. A scientific layout and tidy appearance does big help to convince that the bottled water quality is reliable.

4. Lower operation cost. Optimized designing and technics can maximally cut down operation cost without sacrificing output and production quality.

Remember this machine is for drinking water, which is very vulnerable to germ and other dirty stuff.

A good machine must adopt the best quality 304, 316 and for some parts, 316L stainless steel. (Do not think that all stainless steel share the same quality, in fact, quality difference of stainless steel is so big that price difference sometimes reaches 100%).

6. Safety and reliable

The whole line is for water filling, inevitably it works on a very humidity environment, thus electricity safety standard should be put a very high position.

All electricity and electronic components should come from the most internationally famous brands. All key points should be equipped with safety sensor or inspector.

Because whole complete line is composed by separated machines and equipments, all single machine/equipment should be cooperatively controlled by central PLC, and there should be communication and interlock function between them.

7. Compatibility

One characteristic of bottled water business is recycling---bottle is reused. Bottled water producers often find those empty bottles they take back from customer are originally came from another producer.

Very often bottle size from different supplier varies: Some shorter, some higher; Some wider, some slimmer, etc.
