ASIA IBS - Integrated Business Solutions - a company fully funded by Mexican investments, was founded in Hong Kong in 2007 with a registered address in Shanghai, China in 2008. ASIA IBS was created to advise companies in Asia and Latin America on how to reduce costs, explore new markets, and narrow the culture gap between the two countries.

ASIA IBS is funded by two partners; The first has extensive industry and business knowledge of Asia. He funded one of the first Mexican investments in China more than 10 years ago, as well as other investments in Mexico and Latin America, all very successful. The second has extensive cultural and business experience in Asia and Latin America. He has studied and worked for transnational companies in Asia for more than 5 years, giving him an understanding of the cultural differences, as well as the current political and economic situation in both environments.
