Based on 20 years experience and expertise in ceramic furnacing, Astek designed a special high temperature furnace HTF-300 for the production of new materials, such as sintered silicon carbide, silicon nitride, and composites. HTF-300 is suitable for seal components manufacturers and prototype research.

Comparing to other production furnace, Astek HTF-300 has the following advantages:
A. Logic and compact
B. Users friendly, it is operational in manual or programmed mode
C. Inert gas and electricity conservative
D. Fast speed for heat up and cool down
E. Good repeatability
F. Longer life for graphite heating element (at least 100 furnace runs)
