Product description:
Melamine modified APP-II is a flame retardant based on phosphorus /nitrogen synergism, free formaldehyde, manufactured from BL-APP201/201s with melamine modified according to own method.
BL-APP202 is different from BL-APP201 in the following properties:
-Reduce solubility in water;
-Reduce viscosity in water;
-Obviously improve dispersibility and compatibility with polymers and resins;
-Increase fluidity of powder;
-Improve thermal expansion efficiency during inflaming retarding process and insulation performance.
Applications:
BL-APP202/202S can be used for all applications that ammonium polyphosphate is suitable. They are more fine than BL-APP201, which makes BL-APP202/202S has better dispersion in plastics and rubber than BL-APP201. -Fiber materials( paper, wood, fireproof textile);
-All kinds of polymers ( sunproof, waterproof, or fireproof);
-Fire-refractory building board, coiled material;
-Epoxy resin and unsaturated resin;
-Cable and rubber;
-Plastic material of electron device;
-Textile;
