Product Description
CS-ARS-01 series angular rate sensors (gyroscope), which have been developed independently by Xi'an Chinastar M&C Limited, are used in measurement of angular rate in a variety of situations. MEMS chips are used in such sensors while BIMOS and carrier-current welding techniques are adopted in the manufacturing. Besides the advantage of high encapsulation consistence, a built-in self-test function is included to assure the robustness and reliability.
This series of products can be used in inertia measurement unit, high reliability required automotive electronics devices, missile guidance and control, aircraft stability control, antenna stabilization, photographing, digital camera positioning and rotator, etc.
