Product Description

We adopted internationally advanced superpower cell-type pressure resistance welding machine to manufacture steel grid plank. Rail (knotted square steel) in lateral direction arranged with certain space are pressed into vertical stripes (flat steel) to produce grid gate plank with solid spot welds and rectangle holes on the surface. Vertical stripes endure load and lateral rails link together. Vertical stripes represent the length of steel grid plank, and lateral rails represent the width of steel grid plank.

In terms of surface shapes of load flat steel, our steel grid plank can be divided into four types: Flat, I type flat, with flat one the side, and tooth form. Considering different flat steel types, space and rail space, various products can be welded. In accordance the different utilizing contexts, it can be dealt with hot dip zincing and paint coating.
