Product Description

Banbury mixer, a kind of batch-type mixer, blends and mixes raw materials within a closed space by using two of the specially shaped rotors. The mixing degree depends upon pressure, temperature and time, etc, and in particular, the temperature and time control has great influence on good quality.


It is widely used in the plasticization of rubber and plastics plus the mixing of the various sized materials and plastics. For PVC compound it quickly mixes and gels. It is also for pigment and foaming agent mixing.

2) The sealed coil electrical machinery can resist dirt and has great starting momentum
3) The intermediate of the kneading-room is mainly made of alloy steel. At the same time it's surface is hard-plated with chrome
4) In the middle of the alloy steel rotor is a hole which can cool or heat the rotor(oil heating or vapor heating), the projecting part of the rotor is made of hard alloy with hardened surface
