Warranty Policy & Service
All products shall be covered by BATRA standard product warranty then in effect. BATRA warrants that our product will be free from defects on materials and workmanship and packing, effective from the date of proforma invoice.
If any product to be proved by defective in either material or workmanship or packing, it will be replaced without charge during the limited warranty period in terms of returning back to BATRA

1.Shipments can be FOB any china port, mainly from Shanghai port or Ningbo ?port. Or can be CIF or CFR any port in the world as long as shipping lines go there....
